Amy Esposito serves as People Operations Manager at PMMC, where she leads the company’s human resources strategy, talent acquisition efforts, employee development initiatives, and organizational growth programs. With a passion for building strong teams and creating positive employee experiences, Amy partners closely with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring PMMC attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining its culture of excellence.
With more than 15 years of professional experience and over six years at PMMC, Amy has built a career focused on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining PMMC, she gained experience in recruiting, employee relations, and leadership development, cultivating a strong foundation in helping organizations grow through people. During her tenure at PMMC, Amy has played a key role in supporting the company through a period of significant expansion, helping the organization more than double in size while implementing scalable HR processes. She is also a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified through HRCI and is actively involved in leadership development through her participation in Vistage Worldwide.
Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from the State of New York at New Paltz and her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Hofstra University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cheering on her son at football games, supporting her daughter’s varsity dance team, and baking and cooking with her family.
