Brittany Chandler serves as a Senior Client Performance Manager at PMMC, where she partners with healthcare organizations to optimize reimbursement, strengthen operational performance, and identify opportunities for financial improvement. As a trusted advisor to her clients, Brittany combines deep revenue cycle knowledge with a practical understanding of healthcare operations to help organizations navigate complex reimbursement challenges and achieve long-term success.
With more than 15 years of healthcare experience, Brittany has developed expertise across nearly every stage of the revenue cycle, including patient access, business office operations, accounts receivable management, claims coding, financial counseling, contract analysis, and client performance management. Before joining PMMC, she held roles with Cape Fear Cancer Center and UNC Health, gaining firsthand experience in both the operational and financial aspects of healthcare delivery. After earning her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, Brittany joined PMMC as a Contract Analyst supporting one of the organization’s largest clients before advancing to her role in Client Performance. Her broad industry background enables her to help clients identify opportunities to improve financial performance while navigating complex healthcare challenges. In recognition of her commitment to client success, she received PMMC’s Superior Client Service Award in 2025.
Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and her Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. . Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to the mountains and the beach, reading, and keeping up with pop culture.
