Etan Seebaluck serves as a Senior Client Performance Manager at PMMC, where he partners with healthcare organizations to identify reimbursement opportunities, optimize financial performance, and maximize value and utilization of PMMC’s solutions. Etan combines technical expertise, contract knowledge, and data analysis to help clients uncover revenue opportunities, and achieve measurable results. His ability to quickly translate complex issues into actionable solutions enables him to deliver a highly responsive and personalized client experience.
Since joining PMMC in 2022, Etan has advanced from Contract Analyst to Account Manager and ultimately to Senior Client Performance Manager. One of his standout contributions is his expertise in identifying true underpayments, paired with the state-specific contract-loading guides he’s developed — work that has driven substantial client recoveries and sharpened implementation efforts going forward. That foundation in contract analysis and implementation gives him a unique vantage point: he can move fluidly between validating contracts, analyzing variances, and resolving the reimbursement challenges clients bring to him. It’s this blend of technical depth and genuine curiosity — a passion for learning and problem-solving — that has made Etan a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike.
Etan earned his Bachelor of Public Health Sciences in Health Systems Management, with a minor in Sociology. Outside of work, he enjoys running, spending time outdoors, traveling, playing video games, and connecting with family and friends.
