Jeff Zazzaro serves as Director, Data at PMMC, where he leads client data implementations, data quality initiatives, and operational improvements that support the company’s healthcare technology solutions. With more than 30 years of experience in data management, technology, and process optimization, Jeff is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of client data to deliver reliable insights and stronger outcomes for clients.
Jeff began his career as a Business Analyst and spent nearly three decades in the financial data industry, holding leadership roles across data management, software development, and technology operations. He later joined the London Stock Exchange following its acquisition of Mergent, Inc. before launching his own data services company. Since joining PMMC, Jeff has focused on implementing automation strategies that streamline processes for both clients and internal teams. He has introduced self-service tools that empower analysts to resolve issues more efficiently and developed data quality dashboards that provide greater visibility into client data health. His unique perspective from the financial services sector has helped bring new approaches to data governance, automation, and performance measurement within healthcare technology.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
