In a recent PMMC webinar, Driving Better Outcomes in Denial Management and Underpayment Recovery, clients share key processes that influence financial performance and operational efficiency.
One of the session’s featured contributors was Premier Member Greg Wageman, Director of Managed Care and Decision Support for Marshall Health at Cabell-Huntington Hospital, where he brings deep experience in negotiating payor contracts, overseeing underpayment recovery, and delivering decision support through cost accounting and financial analysis.
Reflecting on denial management challenges, Greg noted:
