Carter Loesch serves as a Director of Revenue Strategy at PMMC, where he leads revenue cycle growth initiatives for mid-market healthcare organizations across the Northern Quadrant of the United States. In this role, Carter guides prospective clients through the process of understanding how PMMC can assist them in their responsibilities —including overseeing client relationships and driving new business. His work directly impacts PMMC’s ability to expand its footprint, helping healthcare organizations understand and implement solutions that improve financial performance and operational stability.
Prior to PMMC, Carter built a diverse healthcare background spanning revenue cycle consulting, value-based care benchmarking and implementation, and workforce development through nursing competency and skills management software. These experiences provided him with a firsthand understanding of the financial and operational pressures hospitals face, including denials, underpayments, staffing shortages, and payer complexity. He brings this perspective into his work today, focusing on helping organizations stabilize cash flow, reduce operational strain, and implement sustainable improvements—particularly for mid-market and rural hospitals where resources are often limited.
Carter holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree from Denison University. He is Epic Certified and brings additional expertise in SaaS strategy, along with Salesforce and HubSpot certifications. Outside of work, he hosts a podcast, Luck Management, where he explores the intersection of hard work and opportunity. He also enjoys golfing, attending live music events, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his German Shepherd, Lorelei.
