About The Role

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Integration & Decision Support will lead our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team while owning the strategic technical processes that unify diverse data streams across the organization. This role serves as a critical bridge between operations, development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, ensuring system stability, high availability, and data-driven decision-making.

You will manage day-to-day application support and monitoring, while driving enterprise-level integration initiatives to aggregate and harmonize internal data sources. This enables better insights for our teams to scale operations, and make informed strategic decisions. Looking ahead, this role will champion automation advancements, learning, evaluating, and applying AI-driven capabilities including the implementation of intelligent agents and workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the current SRE team, fostering a culture of reliability, automation, and continuous improvement while managing performance, priorities, and professional development.
  • Oversee application support operations, including triage, prioritization, and ownership of technical support requests; collaborate with client support, development, and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Oversee and support team as needed with troubleshooting and root cause analysis for enterprise applications, leveraging debugging skills, source code access, and tools like Redgate Monitor and Azure to maintain system health and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Own enterprise integration processes, designing and implementing robust data pipelines that consolidate internal data streams from various sources to support decision-making, analytics, and operational scaling across revenue cycle functions.
  • Drive decision support capabilities by enabling data aggregation and insights that empower internal teams to optimize revenue strategies, identify trends, and support executive decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, including scripting (e.g., PowerShell for ETL), workflow improvements, and the future implementation of AI-driven agents to automate routine tasks, monitoring, and remediation.
  • Evaluate, learn, and apply AI technologies responsibly, including AI copilots, intelligent agents, and machine-assisted analytic.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and propose technology solutions, enhancements, and product improvements based on support trends, defect reports, and business needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, integration processes, troubleshooting guides, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
  • Oversee and support team as needed with Monitor application performance, system reliability, lead incident response, change management, and capacity planning to achieve high availability of our tools and applications.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, support workflows, and overall business performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support PMMC’s growth and client success.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in application support, SRE, DevOps, or enterprise integration roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Proven experience managing SRE or support teams in a software/SaaS environment, ideally within healthcare, fintech, or data-intensive industries.
  • Strong technical expertise in:
    • Strong expertise with SQL, including troubleshooting complex data issues.
    • .NET technologies (C#, VB, APIs) and debugging (Visual Studio).
    • Scripting and automation.
    • Monitoring tools (Redgate Monitor, Azure Monitor).
    • Cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred) and Azure DevOps.

What We Look For

  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise data integration, ETL processes, and building unified data ecosystems for analytics and decision support.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and emerging technologies like AI agents or intelligent automation.
  • Curiosity and practical experience with incremental exposure to AI and intelligent automation, including AI-assisted monitoring, analytics, copilots, or agent-based workflows.
  • Ability to evaluate AI use cases pragmatically, identifying where AI adds value versus where traditional automation is more appropriate.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills in complex, production environments.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams, driving accountability, and fostering collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
