1. Sponsor: The PMMC 2025 Conference Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Preferred Medical Marketing Corporation, located at 15720 Brixham Hill Ave, Charlotte, NC 28277 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:00am EST and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (“Entry Period”). The Giveaway is ongoing at select conferences for the duration of the entry period. One prize will be awarded at each conference.
4. How to Enter: Participants may enter the Giveaway by filling out the conference entry form at any conference sponsored by PMMC and listed at https://www.pmmconline.com/events. Alternatively, participants may enter by mail by sending a postcard with their name, title, company name, address, phone number, and email address to: Attn: PMMC 2025 Conference Giveaway, PMMC, 15720 Brixham Hill Ave, Suite 460, Charlotte NC 28277. Mailed entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period to be eligible. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize: The winner will receive a pair of beats noise cancelling ear pods. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $100.00 US. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing for each conference will take within one week of the conclusion of each event as posted on the event website. The winner will be notified by text and/or email. You do not have to be present to win. The winner will be contacted and have 10 business days to provide their mailing address. The prize will be mailed to the provided address within 2 weeks of receiving the mailing address.
7. Publicity: By participating, entrants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg, North Carolina.
11. Automatic Enrollment for Communications:
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be automatically enrolled in the PMMC company communication list to receive company updates, promotional content, and newsletters. Entrants can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email or by contacting the Sponsor directly on their Contact Us Page.
12. Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.pmmconline.com/privacy-policy. If participants opt-in to receive the Sponsor’s communication, their information will be used solely for that purpose. Participants can unsubscribe from communications at any time using the link provided in the emails. The Sponsor takes reasonable steps to secure participants’ information and ensure its confidentiality.
