Starting his career in healthcare, Chad quickly transitioned into technology sales, where he demonstrated an unrivaled knack for building strong client relationships and closing large deals. His career shifted into high gear when he joined PMMC, a company then with around 30-40 employees. Wearing many hats, Chad played a pivotal role in selling and implementing solutions while deeply engaging with operations teams.
Throughout his tenure, he has witnessed and contributed to PMMC’s expansion from securing 12-month to 60-month contracts, adapting to industry trends, and anticipating changes in market dynamics, like the potential shift towards deconsolidation.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Gannon University. He actively contributes to industry advancements by participating in key forums and events such as HFMA conferences and panels, where he has presented his insights.
