Cheyenne Williams is the Manager of Revenue Enhancement at PMMC, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the recovery department and PMMC’s clients. With a hands-on approach to leadership, she oversees both the collector and reviewer sides of the department, manages key processes, and seeks new opportunities for company-wide success. Known for her focus on collaboration, Cheyenne works closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations that drive revenue opportunities for clients. Recently, her efforts have included leveraging AI tools to innovate and optimize processes, aligning with PMMC’s commitment to staying at the forefront of the healthcare business landscape.
Cheyenne’s career at PMMC began immediately after completing her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management at University of North Carolina, Charlotte. Originally a nursing major, she transitioned to the business side of healthcare after seeing the unique ways a better business model could enhance patient access and outcomes. Starting as a recovery collector, she quickly proved her capabilities and advanced to roles as a reviewer, then supervisor, and finally, her current managerial role. Her broad experience within the department has given her incredible insight into its operations as a whole, making her a valuable asset to both her team and PMMC.
Outside of work, Cheyenne enjoys unwinding by reading, playing tennis, and spending quality time with friends and family. Her commitment to lifelong learning and her passion for both people and processes shine through in everything she does, making her a respected leader and a trusted member of the PMMC team.
