With more than 13 years at PMMC, Doug has played a pivotal role in leading development teams, ensuring that PMMC’s software solutions align with company goals and deliver tangible business improvements for clients. His leadership approach is centered on collaboration, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence. As a Certified Scrum Master with additional certifications from MIT Sloan School of Management, Doug bridges the gap between developers and leadership, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across teams.
At PMMC, Doug’s focus is on building and coaching the development team, guiding them to meet client needs and drive revenue for the company. He believes in empowering his team to find their own solutions, providing guidance and support while fostering their growth and problem-solving skills. His transparency and open-book leadership style have helped shape a forward-thinking, innovative development environment. Doug is especially proud of leading the CPRO web development project and contributing to the re-write of PMMC’s calculation engine, a solution that continues to impact clients today.
