Kathleen Ange serves as a Client Optimization Specialist at PMMC, where she partners with healthcare clients to improve contract accuracy, optimize reimbursement performance, and maximize the value of PMMC’s solutions. Drawing on more than 12 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement and client services, Kathleen works closely with Pricing Transparency and Recovery clients to identify opportunities, support operational goals, and help organizations navigate the complexities of payer reimbursement methodologies.
Throughout her career at PMMC, Kathleen has progressed through a variety of client-focused roles, including Contract Analyst, Client Support Analyst, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Client Optimization Specialist. This breadth of experience has given her a deep understanding of contract management, reimbursement trends, payer behavior, and client operations. Kathleen has worked with some of PMMC’s largest and most complex healthcare systems helping organizations achieve greater accuracy and financial performance. She also brings valuable insight into regional reimbursement challenges and evolving payer strategies.
Kathleen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from Appalachian State University and a dual Master of Business Administration and Master of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and cooking.
