Maria began her healthcare career helping patients establish payment plans for medical bills, an experience that provided valuable insight into the patient financial experience. She later advanced into training, client success, and revenue cycle leadership roles, developing expertise in performance management, reporting, contract modeling, and process improvement. Throughout her career, Maria has remained focused on helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes while maintaining a patient-centered perspective. Her ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations enables her to serve as a trusted advisor to clients across a variety of healthcare settings.
Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. She has earned professional recognition in areas including Strategic Leadership, Communication, and Team Building. Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, continuing her education, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
