Semir Ajsic serves as Project Manager at PMMC, where he leads strategic initiatives, software implementations, and process improvement efforts that help healthcare organizations achieve successful outcomes. With 20 years of healthcare experience and nearly a decade in project management, Semir brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to complex projects. He is passionate about operational excellence and helping teams deliver meaningful value for clients.
Throughout his career, Semir has focused on project leadership, organizational transformation, and process optimization. At PMMC, he manages enterprise-level initiatives, coordinates cross-functional teams, and helps ensure projects remain aligned with client objectives and organizational priorities. He has played a key role in strengthening implementation processes, improving project governance, and increasing visibility through enhanced reporting and analytics.
Semir earned undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Innovation from Western Carolina University. He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Process Triage Facilitator certifications. Outside of work, Semir enjoys coaching youth soccer, playing pickleball, biking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. A lifelong soccer enthusiast, he is passionate about mentoring the next generation both on and off the field.
