Simon Vuchev serves as the Manager, Project Management Office at PMMC, where he leads software implementations, modernization initiatives, and operational improvement projects. He works with healthcare organizations to ensure successful deployments while helping clients maximize the value of PMMC’s solutions. His combination of technical expertise, project management leadership, and deep institutional knowledge allows him to navigate complex projects and deliver strong outcomes.
Since joining PMMC 7 years ago, Simon has advanced through several roles, including Contract Analyst, Team Lead, Contracting Supervisor, and Senior Project Manager. This progression has given him a comprehensive understanding of PMMC’s products, systems, and operational workflows. His experience enables him to identify risks early, uncover opportunities, and guide clients through successful implementations. Simon’s technical background in SQL, analytics, and process optimization helps him connect business objectives with practical execution. He also developed Power BI dashboards that improved visibility across teams and projects. In addition, Simon helped redesign key implementation processes, creating greater efficiency and consistency for both clients and internal teams. His focus on continuous improvement and emerging technologies helps PMMC deliver consistently effective solutions.
Simon holds bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry, Public Health, and Hispanic Studies, as well as both a Master of Health Administration and a Master of Business Administration. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors with his English Bulldog, Roman, and staying active through boating, paddleboarding, and hiking.
