With a BSBA in Healthcare Management from Winthrop University and certifications from the HFMA and London School of Economics, Stephen brings a strong foundation in financial analysis, managed care, and contract negotiations. Prior to joining PMMC, Stephen worked with Premier Inc. and served as a Performance Engineer for Duke University Health System, roles that honed his expertise in process improvement and client relations.
At PMMC, Stephen oversees the strategic operations of Client Implementations, Client Support, and Training, ensuring seamless integration of PMMC’s solutions to optimize revenue cycle management for healthcare organizations. His KPI-driven leadership style focuses on fostering teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement across several departments, including Recovery Services and Data Management. Stephen has been instrumental in reducing implementation time by six months and contributing to a 30% increase in recovery revenue through process improvements.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring his passion for music production. An avid collector with over 1,200 vinyl records, Stephen combines his love for music and technology to create digital productions.
